1. Acceptance of Ecosystem Protocols

By accessing the Sidra Chain Ecosystem, including SidraStart, KYCPort, and our Decentralized Ledger Technology (DLT), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. This platform operates under a Shariah-compliant blockchain framework, ensuring transparency, ethical finance, and decentralized integrity for all participants and Validator Nodes.

2. KYCPort & Identity Verification

Access to specific Web3 ecosystem features requires successful identity verification via KYCPort. Users are responsible for providing accurate data. Failure to maintain a verified Decentralized Identity (DID) may result in restricted access to Sidra Token rewards and Smart Contract interactions.

3. Validator Node & Network Security

Participants operating Validator Nodes within the Sidra Network must adhere to the Proof-of-Authority (PoA) and consensus transition guidelines. Any attempt to compromise the Blockchain Explorer data or manipulate Mainnet transactions will result in immediate "slashing" or permanent exclusion from the Sidra Chain Node directory.

4. SidraStart & Project Launches

SidraStart serves as a decentralized launchpad for innovative DeFi and Web3 projects. Sidra Chain does not provide financial advice. All investments in Decentralized Applications (dApps) hosted on our infrastructure are subject to market volatility. Users must conduct independent due diligence before committing assets to any Smart Contract.

5. Intellectual Property & DLT Rights

The Sidra Chain logo, the "Sidra" brand, and our unique Shariah-compliant Ledger architecture are protected by global intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction of our Open Source repository or Block Explorer interface is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sidra Chain and its developers are not liable for losses resulting from user error, private key loss, or third-party crypto wallet vulnerabilities. The Decentralized Network is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind regarding gas fees or transaction speed during high network congestion.
