1. Gateway Access Agreement

By connecting through sidra-chain.cc, you agree to bound by these Terms of Service. You confirm that you are legally permitted to interact with decentralized blockchain network protocols in your jurisdiction.

2. Wallet & Credential Safeguards

You retain sole custody over your Web3 private keys, seed phrases, and biometrics. SidraChain is non-custodial and cannot recover access if you lose control over your secret parameters.

  • Do not share verification OTPs or signed sessions with third parties.
  • Never authorize transactions from suspicious or unverified smart contracts.
  • Ensure device biometrics (Touch ID / Face ID) are locked to personal devices.

3. KYCPort Verification Protocol

Access to restricted network features requires successful liveness evaluation via KYCPort. Attempting to spoof identity checks or bypass verification scripts will result in automated account throttling.

4. Limitation of Liability

SidraChain provides decentralized portal services on an "AS IS" basis. We are not liable for network congestion, gas fee variations, or third-party RPC node outages across external chains.

Under no circumstances shall portal operators be held liable for losses incurred due to compromised local device storage, unauthorized wallet extensions, or user-initiated smart contract executions.
